Openmatters is an AI start up that uses machine learning and natural language processing to decipher the language used by companies and corporate officers and links those comments to the capital allocation decisions that leaders use to design their business models and measure and report their performance internally and to their investors. Using proprietary technology, OpenMatters has built an automated system (ValueAI) that collects large amounts of communications and corporate actions (financial and non-financial) as well as Corporate KPI's and transforms that into a ValueQuotient (VQ) that it uses to score a company's ability to create (or destroy) value. Companies, consultants and institutional investors use our scoring system to allocate their investable capital.
