RADIA COMMUNICATIONS

Radia Communications Inc., founded in May 2000, specialized in RF solutions for 802.11 applications and designs RF for communications, networking and wireless systems. Radia developed innovative approaches to next generation radio systems-on-chip and Wi-Fi RF architectures. Radia investors included Third Point Management, InnoCal Venture Capital, Firsthand Funds, Pac-Link Ventures, and Greenlight Capital Inc. The company was located in Sunnyvale, California. Radia was acquired by Texas Instruments in 2003.
