Refinery Hotel is inspired by the history of the building, combining raw elegance in the guestrooms with sophisticated public spaces. Custom furniture, unique artwork, industrial-chic decor, 12-foot high ceilings, Frette linens, and a 24-hour fitness center are among the features of this 197-room hotel. Executive Chef Jeff Haskell oversees three on-site food and beverage venues: the namesake restaurant Parker & Quinn, Winnie's Jazz Bar in the hotel lobby, and Refinery Rooftop, a spectacular 3,500-square-foot indoor/outdoor rooftop bar with unrivaled views of The Empire State Building.
