RJM RAPID PROTOTYPING

RJM Rapid Prototyping is a one stop solution for small part prototyping. RJM utilizes the advanced technology of the 3D Systems Viper Si2 SLA machine, along with 4 Model Master CNC1000 milling machines and a 3D Systems Thermojet solid object printer. By offering multiple methods of rapid prototyping, RJM provides an option for any high resolution small part solution. Customers can take advantage of the speed and accuracy of the Viper Si2, along with the castability of the Accura Amythest resin. If the recommended Viper Si2 is not the solution that is right for the job, the customer can choose the Thermojet, or the CNC milling machines.
