RSA Medical, LLC was an outsourced provider of technology-based, risk management services to the individual health and life insurance industries. The Company improved the manner in which insurance companies collect applicants’ medical and demographic information and made underwriting decisions. The Company’s data collection services had grown to include the execution of medical exams, medical record retrieval, telephonic medical interviews, prescription drug history profiling and an automated rules engine to interpret the data collected and produce underwriting decisions.
