Shanghai Science and Technology Venture Capital (Group) Co., Ltd. was formally inaugurated by Shanghai Science and Technology Investment Corporation and Shanghai Venture Capital Co., Ltd. through strategic restructuring. After the reorganization, the registered capital of Science and Technology Group was 1.69 billion yuan, and the directly managed funds amounted to 12 billion yuan. Directly supervised by the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the company is one of the largest state-owned venture capital institutions in Shanghai and even the whole country, and shoulders the mission of promoting the construction of Shanghai's globally influential science and technology innovation center.
