Somerset West Community Health Centre is a non-profit, community-governed organization that provides primary health care, health promotion, and community development services using interprofessional teams of health and social service providers. They serve to improve the health and wellbeing of populations who’ve traditionally faced barriers to accessing health services. They support individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, and ethnicities. Their educational, recreational, and social programs are offered in many languages. They empower people to develop leadership and practical life skills to improve their health and well-being.
