We use pulse surveys to monitor minority experiences within the workplace and use diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive analytics to glean insights for organizations from the data we collect. We help organizations diagnose cultural flaws preventing minority talent from having positive experiences within the workplace. We then prescribe action plans to address these identified flaws. Finally, we can predict spikes in attrition rates among minorities within specific departments and help organizations prevent and mitigate these.
