Spitfire Athlete is a community and training app for women that offers structured training plans for strength, endurance, and conditioning. Its' training plans have helped 100,000+ women lift more than their body weight, achieve their first pull-up, compete in triathlons, fight cancer, and overcome anorexia. Two female athletes and engineers founded Spitfire for women who want to achieve athletic, health, and fitness goals and who want to surround themselves by fellow legendary women who share a success-oriented mindset.
