The technology is Accurate – delivering up to 40% improvement in image quality, reducing the risk of “false-positive” matches. And it is Fast – response time < 15 seconds. This technology has been tested and validated by various agencies within the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense. 3DCapture™– is a Real Time, Facial Image Capture, Enhancement and Identification Software system. It combines our patent pending image enhancement software with almost any fixed surveillance camera system, converting existing 2D face surveillance systems into sophisticated “3D-like” systems. This technology works with both 2D and 3D surveillance cameras and can handle video streams up to 15 frames/second. The software is compatible with leading facial recognition engines (e.g., Cognitec, NEC or L-1) and is a cost-effective means of upgrading existing facial recognition technology.
