SWZ ZORG

SWZ supports people with physical or multiple disabilities and people with acquired brain injury (NAH) in all phases of their lives. SWZ has developed the Hersenz initiative together with Heliomare, InteraktContour, Middin, De Noorderbrug and SGL. Hersenz is a treatment program for people with brain injuries who want to get more control over their lives and who can use intensive support.
