SYDNEY SABRE
Sydney Sabre was founded by a group of fencers, club administrators, and friends in December 2011 to provide dedicated training for sabre in Australia. Its training sessions, classes and equipment shop receive hundreds of visitors each week at the Sydney Sabre Centre situated in Stanmore, which was opened on the 26th of May 2012. Besides operating Australia's first online and physical store for fencing equipment, Sydney Sabre also offers training gear that is affordable for local athletes. An as... sociation of competitive fencers training at Sydney Sabre is a sister organization of the Sydney Sabre Centre. In the past few years, Sydney Sabre Club athletes have dominated state, national, and international competitions. See their Results page for more information. The goal of their organization is to promote and expand sabre fencing in Sydney, as well as globally. No matter if you're a former pro or just want to give it a try, they love to have you train with them.
