We developed a platform that allows companies to get in touch with workers who have the skills they need. Everything is done through a friendly and inclusive web-platform that communicates with the users through free SMS, Facebook`s Free Basics platform and email. Colombian mid-and-low-income workers do not have full access to smartphones and local internet connections. We provide a free service for the workers who find adequate job opportunities through an easy-to-use service.
