For a two-year education geared towards science and technology at one of the largest and most technologically advanced community colleges in the nation, there’s the Tidewater Community College in Norfolk, Virginia. For easy access into a four-year program, Tidewater maintains transfer agreements with the College of William and Mary, University of Virginia, Norfolk State University and James Madison University.
