Trico Capital Investments is an Irvine-based financial company. It is a real estate fund manager specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of self-storage properties. Trico is one of three vertically integrated affiliates that also include Progressive Realty Partners, their self-storage management partner, and Hard Hat, Inc., our design/build and construction services firm. Trico and its affiliates have designed, developed, owned, and managed approximately 100 self-storage facilities.
