URB is North America’s largest manufacturer of brushes for street, road, and airport maintenance as well as a leader in manufacturing engineered brushes for process industries. With six manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada, URB serves thousands of customers from coast-to-coast. Westshore partnered with management to acquire the company and support add-on acquisitions and other growth initiatives. URB has since acquired three competitors and continues to pursue other acquisitions. American Rotary Broom was acquired in 2010; West Coast Equipment was acquired in 2014; and 3B Brush was required in 2015.
