VSware is a cloud and mobile based school administration and timetabling platform – which handles all core school data from attendance, assessments, and behaviour to mandatory Department of Education returns. VSware provides collaborative data management and innovative reporting tools giving school management, administration, teachers and parents the ability to monitor and improve the progress of their students and a real-time view of school activity. VSware has spent several years develop... ing the platform from the ground up in conjunction with several schools in preparation for the opening of the Irish school administration market in November 2013. November 2013 saw the ending of the Department of Education and Skills funded central contract with Advanced Learning (then Serco). Since November 2013 VSware has signed up over 400 secondary schools. This represents over 50% of the entire Irish market and this will grow to 75% market share by 2016 due to a recently awarded national tender to supply VSware to all Education & Training Board secondary schools and Further Education colleges.More
