Web Usability company, Computer Psychology, Inc., has been in business since 1982. Over the years, They have published books, provided state-of-the-art training courses, conducted usability testing, created software products, and consulted on numerous different usability issues. The website, webusability.com, was first created in 1997. Their clients have included both large and small companies in North America, Africa, Europe and Asia, and several different agencies of the United States government. Currently, principals include Robert W. Bailey and Robert D. Bailey.
