Window Seater connects rail travellers to the world outside their window; we provide high quality geolocated audio stories which link all the fascinating features along a route. Window Seater offers train operating companies and other rail organisations tailored, engaging and relevant content, enhancing customer experience (user data shows Window Seater increases customer enjoyment by over 20%) and offering innovative partnership marketing opportunities. In 2020 we were selected by Transport f... or Wales to take part in their innovation lab programme. In July 2021 Window Seater was awarded funding by the Department for Transport and Innovate UK through their ‘First of a Kind’ innovation competition, partnering with Community Rail Network to draw on local stories from communities around the UK.More
