Jiangsu Yueda Investment Corporation is a comprehensive investment company, which became listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 3, 1994 (600805 Yueda Investment). Currently the total shares of the company have increased to 850 million shares from originally 73 million shares. The business scope of Yueda Investment covers industrial investment, asset management, financial consultancy, social economy advisory services, machinery and equipment, development, transfer, service and consultancy of textile technologies, and domestic trade. The company owns three manufacturing enterprises in the field of automobile, textile and tractors respectively, three highway companies, two high-tech enterprises, one power plant and one coal mine company.
