Chemical Week Associates a leading information provider to the chemical industry and related businesses, through the publication of Chemical Week magazine, related print products, and conferences and trade shows, now publishes six magazines, five newsletters including a daily newswire, 24 annual directories and 16 geographic and market segment supplements, and produces 13 annual conferences. Chemical Week was acquired in May, 1997, by VS&A Communications Partners II, L.P., the $330 million private equity fund affiliated with the New York media and communications investment bank Veronis, Suhler & Associates
