Plexx is a mobile application where people can train skills to get a job. The app allows them to explore jobs by industries, browse open jobs around them, train skills, and apply to those jobs to advance their careers. It allows the user to start the process on their mobile phone and continue it at a job center, with the help of professionals at the city agencies and non-profits who offer workforce development support. It allows people who may not have access to a computer, a personal network, or access to information to get through the job hunting process successfully.
